Refund policy
We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns will be automatically granted whenever A) the item remains in saleable condition (unopened, or opened with light use) OR B) there is some fault or defect with the item or it failed to match it's description. Returns may be granted outside these conditions on a case by case basis.
Items can also be exchanged by the same process.
To start a return, you can contact us using the Contact Form, or else reply to the email address you got your order confirmation from. This email address isn't made publicly available to prevent spam from drowning out legitimate customer emails.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for you to download and print for free, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
These return and refund policies do not affect your statutory rights.
